Field Hockey Nova Scotia's members consist of players of all ages and skill levels. If you haven't played the sport, why not give it a try? We have practice sessions that
are specifically designed to introduce you to the game. If you're a competitive player, then consider joining one of our club teams to participate in our
Summer and Winter leagues.

New Web Site: FHNS is planning on building a new web site for our association. Please send us your ideas for what content you feel the site should contain.

Outdoor Season - We have booked turf times at SMU and the season will commence in April with the following
activities:
July 31-Aug 1: Atlantic Cup Mixed Tournament. The 26th annual event is being held at St. Mary's University. Entry form .
Tuesdays 7-8pm: Mixed practice and fun games commencing April 27. This session is intended for recreational players as well as those who play in the Sunday
league.
Wednesdays 7-9pm: Division II practice and league games. Commencing May 5 and ending on August 18, this activity is designed for junior high, high school,
and senior recreational players. Download the Registration Form (MS Word Format or
Adobe Acrobat format).
We are looking for more coaches so contact Stephen Goosen if you are interested in helping out.
Sundays 6-8pm: Division I league games. To participate in this league, contact one of the Clubs.

2010 Indoor League - The Panthers won the league but a margin of 4 points over their rivals, the Cougars.
Top league scorer was Steven Andrews with 27 goals with left-handed player, Nathan Colville trailing by 2 goals. Nathan.
In the playoffs, the Spaz shocked the Panthers by taking an early 4-2 lead. However, the fitter Panthers re-grouped in the second half and came back to win 6-5 through
an outstanding performance by Mufadzi Nyamarebvu who scored 4 goals in the match.
The 2009 Atlantic Cup - The powerhouse Andrews 'A' Team kept their winning streak intact by defeating the visiting Toronto FHC (captained by former Nova Scotian
Phil Wilkinson) in the finals.
