Field Hockey Canada	Field Hockey Canada is our national body responsible for the development and growth of field hockey in Canada.
International Hockey Federation (FIH)	The FIH is the world governing body for field hockey. This is a good site to get information about the latest rules, coaching, and international events.
Outaouais Field Hockey Club	This club, based out of Ottawa, has a lot of former NS players and we collaborate to form joint teams when we travel to festivals and tournaments.
